Kinsoft Challenge

The kinsoft challenge compared different software for extracting kinetic rates from single molecule time traces. It is described at https://sites.google.com/view/kinsoftchallenge/home

Our codes for Chung-Kennedy and K-means detection used in the challenge are available here. They are MATLAB 2020a code. They were posted November 2021. They are a .zip package. See the Readme file in each zip package for further details.
